Katalina studied law at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and received her law degree in 2005. Since that time she has practiced family law in private practice and worked as an attorney for DHS, representing the Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and the Crimes Against Children Division (CACD), for five and a half years from 2007 to 2013. Since leaving the Department, Katalina has practiced family law and child welfare law in private practice.
Katalina accepts cases in Sebastian, Crawford, Washington, Benton, and Franklin Counties.
She lives in Mulberry, Arkansas with her husband, Chad and their two children.
